Meet Erin Zelinski
Living well involves far more than motivation or willpower. How we process information, interpret situations, regulate emotions, learn from experience and respond under pressure can all influence how consistently we function in sport, work, relationships and everyday life.
Erin's approach integrates neuroscience, psychological science, and practical clinical experience. She selects research-informed interventions with equal attention to your strengths, goals, values, and the context in which you're living and performing. Her work focuses on understanding the processes contributing to current difficulties before developing an individualized plan for change.
Growing up as a competitive swimmer and later experiencing burnout gave Erin an appreciation for the complexity of performance. Her training includes a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience, a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Psychosocial Oncology, Master's degrees in Behavioural Neuroscience and Counselling Psychology, and extensive continuing professional education. Together, these experiences inform an evidence-based, individualized approach grounded in research and adapted to each client's circumstances.
In your work together, you can expect to focus on:
Understanding the factors contributing to current challenges
Rebuilding confidence, clarity, and consistency
Developing strategies that hold under pressure
Creating sustainable ways of functioning at a high level
